Shipping Policy

At Hushed Hype, we are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-14 business days, depending on demand.
Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on location.
Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email for real-time updates.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. Order cancellations due to processing delays are not a valid reason for cancellation, as you agree to our 1-7 business day processing time upon placing an order.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the order date under the following conditions:

✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
✅ The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
✅ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
Returns will only be accepted for defective or damaged products—other reasons will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A $10 shipping fee applies for size exchanges.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at customersupport@radianteusa.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Policy

🔹 Refunds for Defective Items
Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence of the defect.

🔹 Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations & Restocking Fee

  • Canceled orders, even if they have not yet shipped, are subject to a 40% restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs.
  • Order cancellations due to processing delays are not accepted—you agree to a 1-14 business day processing time when placing an order.

Exchanges

  • We allow size exchanges, but the buyer is responsible for a $10 shipping fee.
  • To exchange an item, it must be in unused, original condition with tags attached.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact customersupport@radianteusa.com before returning the item.
